One of the worst hotel experiences with the staffs here. To sum up, the staffs were not only unprofessional but also lacking abilities to actually “THINK” what is going on. What happened, for some reason, they gave me the wrong key with another person’s name on it “intentionally” even after myself complaining to them “this is not my name”. Maybe I can say it might be some sort of resort island síndrome since I only experienced this type of “cannot think” kind of people only in Okinawa, Japan (which actually happened several times) The room, bed was ok, but lacking many amenities. Service was worse than just horrible but the cleaning staffs were acceptable (but not as good as other hotels) The location is not bad, but probably you won’t be able to find the hotel, as the name shown on the hotel is a Totally different one. The beach is there at walking distance but the water was not as clean as in the remote cities of Okinawa from my 5days experience in Jeju. A small convenience store is there right across the street. If using Uber or Kakao taxi, expect at least 10min+ waiting time. By the way, check twice before making reservations if you are a “enjoy the view from your room” type of person. First thing is that this hotel is impossible to find, I had walked around for almost an hour in circles trying to find it. I finally found 204 which is actually for a completely different hotel they share the building with. The office is on the second floor but literally in like a small room. The whole thing is sketchy. The cups in the bathroom were plastic and you can obviously see leftover residue from the last person using it. one small bath towel, literally everything about this hotel (or even if you can call it that) is bad. Good thing I was visiting so I didn't stay in the hotel except to sleep but still not a place to stay. Choose another place if you are on a budget!

You can directly overlook the sea in front of Hamdeok. Seoubong Peak can also be seen on the right. GS25 and a hamburger restaurant are connected in the building. There is also a rooftop. However, you can hear the door closing next door and the water flushing in the chairman's office. The location of the building is the best....

This is a good value hotel. Because the price was cheap, the hotel itself felt old, but it was okay for this price. The staff is also friendly.

The hotel's sea view is a work of art.
