Opening hours

I wanted to give a 5 star review until one morning (0630h) the person at the front desk started yelling at me because apparently I was exiting the building through the wrong door! I was using the main entrance BTW. There was a wooden stick inserted in between the door handles but there was no sign that said to use another door. The person at the front desk was unfriendly and rude and most likely he showed this behavior because I’m a foreigner. I told him to put up a sign or warn customers not to use a specific door but he didn’t pay too much attention to what I was saying. He kept mumbling and gesturing to leave. I noticed that certain staff members are more friendly towards locals/Asians and not that friendly towards non-Asians. My advice is to be friendly to everyone, no matter where they come from! Otherwise you get a one star review like mine and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who’s not Asian. The rooms are great and for the price we paid we can definitely say it’s more on the luxurious side. Our room was somewhere around 40 sq meters which is pretty good in size for just two people. There is limited parking available at the hotel, almost a FCFS type of deal. Due to the rudeness of the staff I don’t recommend this hotel to non-Asian tourists!

THEY SCARED ME TO DEATH. In the beginning I went into the room and everything was great. I went to sleep and suddenly at 2 am someone enters my room. The staff came into my room and started looking at things, they even took pictures of my stuff. I didn't understand anything and in the morning I went to the front desk. They said someone on the floor smoked and the alarm went off, so they had to go in to each room and check. They refused to compensate me and instead blamed me for not opening the door when they rang the bell. Terrible hotel and staff

Nice ocean view! Clean and one of the best hotels in Yeusu! You should come here if you need to use a free internet computer.

Great room with a beautiful view. The space is big and the bathroom has a tub. Comfortable and includes a sanatizer for jackets

Hyper expensive just like other hotels in Yeosu. Staff is so kind.
